  • DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY ON A SPECIFIC DATE?

No. We do not provide specific date deliveries. Shipping options will vary depending on the delivery address, time of order, and item availability. The delivery date will be determined at the time of processing your order.

  • IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • Cancellation within 10 minutes of placing an order: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can click on the cancel option available on the website www.boxstories.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and a credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the “Box Stories” website. Please make sure that you use the credit in a single order.
    • Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.
    • Please note: Personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
