Since the items are made to order they are not eligible for returns, refund and exchange. In case of refund only digital points (credit note) will be issued to the customers redeemable on the next purchase.

What is the Exchange policy on “Box Stories”?

As our Company’s policy we do not provide refund/return instead, the Customer will be issued with a credit note, in such cases wherein its deemed fit by the Company. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items (only in case of electronics if found defective) if any, through traceable mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

What is “Box Stories” cancellation policy?

Cancellation within 10 minutes after placing an order: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can click on the cancel option available on the website www.boxstories.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and a credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on the “Box Stories” website. Please make sure that you use the credit in single order.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

Please note: Personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed

For delivery of products in India order from www.boxstories.com, This policy is for Indian geo location only. 

“Box Stories” will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Will there be any shipping charges applicable on my order?

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Delivery options:

  • Standard delivery charges, charged by the courier partners are applicable, based on the order value
  • The estimated delivery time will be between 6-8 working hours, depending on the delivery address
  • Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How do I check the status of my order?

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments. what does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. We make products made to order. If there are multiple products, we ship a product as and when it gets processed, not waiting for the whole consignment to be processed. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping charge if applicable, on the first package you receive. 

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier Company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package via *** after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Can i change the delivery address?

Change of delivery address can be done only within 10 minutes after the placement of an order. Any changes beyond this timeline will not be entertained. 

If any clause in these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the enforceability of any other clause in the Terms.
