What is “BOX STORIES” warranty policy

We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The validity of the guarantee/warranty is as provided by the respective original manufacturer from the date of purchase. Warranty timeline of each category and product may vary and is written on the respective product page under the Warranty tab.

What is covered under warranty? 

Any and all manufacturing defects only of the electronic items. This guarantee/warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed. In order to claim guarantee/warranty you will be required to contact the original manufacturer directly using the guarantee/warranty card that is made available.  

What is not covered under warranty? 

“Box Stories” warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, damage during transport, or any modification to a “Box Stories” item. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.

We will not honour fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent (including intentional damage to products, duplicate claims, and counterfeit products).

How to file a warranty claim?

If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, you can submit your warranty claim. To file a warranty claim, raise a ticket for that product from Help Desk and our team will further assist you with the procedures. We will try our best to provide you with a suitable resolution as per the criteria.

Irrespective of the fact that you are an artist, customer or a browser, it is essential that adequate respect is given to the Intellectual Property Rights of all the work that is displayed on the Website whether it is being purchased or not.
